1. Controller

2. What data we process and why

Quote requests from the “Get a price” form — name, phone number, car model and your answers (what you want, scope, timing). We use them to call you with a price and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Calls and messages — if you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and the conversation for the same reason. Calls to the number shown on this website may be recorded for quality control and to log enquiries; we tell you at the start of the call. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Advertising data — which ad or link brought you to the site (UTM tags). Used to evaluate our advertising.

3. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for 2 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded. If you become our customer, we keep it for the duration of the contract and then for as long as the law requires (accounting and tax records: 10 years).

4. Who has access

We process the data ourselves. Processors that provide website operation and hosting (Cloudflare), enquiry records (Google), enquiry notifications, telephony and marketing also have access, only to the extent needed for their service. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site running and remember your choice in the cookie banner. Analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta) are used only with your consent. You can change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
